Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions of Service apply to all products and services provided by Print1 o/u 1666563 Ont Inc.. All work is carried out by Print1 on the understanding that the client has agreed to Print1's terms and conditions. Copyright is retained by Print1 on all design work including words, pictures, ideas, visuals and illustrations unless specifically released in writing and after all costs have been settled. If a choice of design is presented, only one solution is deemed to be given by Print1 as fulfilling the contract. All other designs, Signs, and printing products remain the property of Print1, unitil paid in Full. And Print1 holds all rights to reposses any product that is unpaid.

Design Charges
Charges for design services to be provided by Print1, will be set out in the written estimate, quotation or work order. At the time of the customer's acceptance of the estimate or quotation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quoted fee will become immediately due. And by giving a deposit on the job, Customer agrees to all Terms & Conditions setforth. Work on the project will not commence until Print1 has received this amount or otherwise agreed in writing.

Most Full Colour jobs are Gang Runned. Print1 will reproduce colour from digital layouts as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match colour and density because of limitations in the printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements. The accuracy of each colour reproduction is tried to be within 85-90% to the press match proof we offer. We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted images and the actual artwork or product they represent.

Guidelines:
ALL files must have an atleast 1/8" bleed all around. An additional fee may be charged to create a bleed if it has not been incorporated in your files. All Important type or images must be at least 1/4" from the edge of the card. Print1 is not responsible for type, art or images that are cut off if these guidelines are not followed. Furthermore, it is strongly suggested that you do not use a border around your design. This may cause an uneven frame around your final product.

Turnaround
We Try our best match every deadline, but sometimes due to unexpected problems, Print1 will not be held responsible for any delays, or damages caused due to any delays. In the event of any delay caused due to any reasons at no time ever customer holds the right to cancel any job(s) already in production.

Proofing / Color Matching
If a proof is requested the customer will be provided with email proof . Email proofs are meant to check for layout only and not meant to check colours. If the job is colour critical, we recommend that you use process to pantone colours. Or Use Pantone Ink itself. Print1 DOES NOT GUARANTEE COLOR MATCHING. Jobs without proofs will be printed following generally recognized industry standards. Because of differences in equipment, processing, proofing substrates, paper, inks, pigments, and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and completed job shall constitute acceptable delivery. Please note that your monitor's calibration affects what you see on your screen. The colors on the printed material may differ from what you see on your screen. Please keep in mind that while we will try our best to match proofs.
Print1 DOES NOT GUARANTEE COLOR MATCHING.
Clients must provide at least 300 dpi images for digital printing process. Print1 is not liable for poor image quality print due to the Client providing low resolution images. Graphics should be in CMYK format. Print1 is not responsible for any colour shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK colour modes.

Warranty
In the unlikely event that an error has occurred during the production of a particular job, Print1. must be promptly notified of the problem. Claims for defects, damages, shortages must be made by the customer in writing within a period of fifteen (15) days after delivery of all or any part of the order. Failure to make such claim within the stated period shall constitute irrevocable acceptance and an admission the customer is in full compliance with the terms, conditions and specifications outlined herein. In the event of an error in printing, a determination will be made by Print1 whether the defect is of such nature as to qualify for a discount or re-print. Our liability should be limited to reprinting of any defective order and in no case will include special or consequential charges, including expenses, rush shipping, profits lost due to damages. This guarantee applies only to defects in workmanship or materials. It does not cover defects in the files submitted for printing. Over runs and under runs are not to exceed 10% of the order.

Promotion
Unless otherwise specified (in writing at the time the order was placed), we reserve the right to use any item produced by us for print or display promotion.

Payments
We accept cash, money orders, certified/bank checks, Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Payment shall be whatever was set forth in the Estimate/ Quotation or Work Order /Invoice unless otherwise provided in writing. The person placing the order will be personally responsible for any outstanding debt owing. An additional $25.00 fee will be charged for return cheques to original amount. As security for payment for any sum due or to become due under terms of any Agreement, printer shall have the right, if necessary, to retain possession of and shall have a lien on all customer property in printer's possession including work in process and finished work. The extension of credit or the acceptance of notes, trade acceptance or guarantee of payment shall not affect such security interest and lien.

Refund & Cancellations
Once an order has been received and has entered the production cycle, refunds are not allowed. No partial refunds given for work not completed. Customers requiring modifications to their order after approving proofs will not be possible. Once an order is placed there is no going back as the production cycle has started materials have been prepared. We urge clients to proof read all materials prior to submitting artwork.
Customers wishing to cancel orders once the design is done, will be charged in Full for the design, and possible print charges.

Materials
Although we take every precaution to safeguard your materials, we are NOT responsible for loss or damage of images or artwork.

Vehicle Graphics:
We try our best to keep Customerís vehicle safe. Print1 does not accept responsilibity for any damages done to the vehicle in the process of graphics applications. Upon Design approval Customer authorizes Print1 and its employees to operate the vehicle at his/her risk. An express contractorís lien is acknowledged on the vehicle to secure the amount of work done thereto. Print1 will not be held responsible for loss or damage to vehicle in case of fire, theft, accident or any other cause beyond your control, or any delay.

Taxes
All orders are subject to applicable Taxes.
USA orders are tax exempt. Materials printed in Canada ship duty free to the USA under the NAFTA agreement.

Courier, Delivery & Shipping
Delays, damage or loss of packages during shipping are the sole responsibility of the carrier providing shipping services. Print1 will not be held responsible for any delays, damage or loss of packages caused during shipping.

Any period or date for delivery of goods or provision of services is intended as an estimate only and is not a contractual commitment. While Print1 will make every effort to meet its estimated delivery times, under no circumstances will Print1 be liable for any costs or damages resulting from delay. Print1 will deliver products according to your shipping instructions. Delays or damages during shipping process are sole responsibility of the carrier providing delivery services. Print1 is not responsible for delays or damages caused during shipping. All courier and shipping cost are deemed and will be invoiced as extra unless a cost is included in the actual pricing supplied for this order and even in the event the cost was included in the printing cost Print1 will not be liable for any losses, damages caused due to any delays by the shipping company.

Indemnification
The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Print1 from any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages (including court costs and reasonable attorney fees) on account of any and all matter of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted against the printer on grounds alleging that the said printing violates any copyrights or any proprietary right of any person, or that it contains any matter that is libelous or obscene or scandalous, or invades any person's right to privacy or other personal rights, except to the extent that the printer contributed to the matter. The customer agrees, at the customer's own expense, to promptly defend and continue the defense of any such claim, demand, action or proceeding that may be brought against the printer, provided that the printer shall promptly notify the customer with respect thereto, and provided further that the printer shall give to the customer such reasonable time as the exigencies of the situation may permit in which to undertake and continue the defense thereof.
